Introduction

The Seaton Demonstration Project bounded by Matthews Avenue in the north, Lark Avenue in the east, Glenburnie Street in the south and Frederick Road in the west, forms part of the state government’s commitment to the Our Housing Future strategy and revitalising government landholdings in areas originally developed in the post-war period by SA Housing Trust.
