We would like to welcome an experienced marketing professional to our Project Delivery and Property team to lead the marketing for one of our flagship projects, the Tonsley Innovation District
Tonsley Innovation District is Australia’s first and most awarded innovation district which combines leading businesses within the high value manufacturing sector of selected industries with a range of amenity, residential homes, open space, retail and hospitality offerings. Tonsley has a thriving community of highly talented people with ambitious plans to continue to grow and develop.
As the Marketing Manager, you will work as part of our Sales and Marketing team, and report to the Sales and Marketing Director.
We will look to you to drive and manage marketing services and initiatives that promote the Tonsley project. To do this, you will have the support of the local project team, as well as our talented Sales, Strategy, Marketing and Communications teams.
In this role, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of the marketing and sales strategy. You will manage marketing campaigns and events that lead to the promotion of the brand of Tonsley Innovation Precinct, and ultimately to sales growth within our target market.
Who we are looking for
To be successful in this role, you will bring significant experience as a marketing professional. This may be in a B2B setting or in a commercial property focused role. You are able to identify target markets and manage marketing efforts across a range of platforms to drive interest and ultimately conversion to sales.
You will naturally be a relationship driven professional, working to understand our current tenants, foster collaboration across the precinct, and leverage this to build community and an attractive offering for future businesses.
Although this role will be focused on the Tonsley project, you will also thrive on working as part of a broader team of sales and marketing professionals, sharing knowledge and insights across the team to improve knowledge and performance.
Above all, you will take great pride in the knowledge that you are not simply working to generate sales, you are helping to build a legacy; a world class innovation precinct that will help create jobs, foster innovation and grow the South Australian economy.
Renewal SA exists to improve the lives of South Australians now and into the future by leading, supporting and driving investment and growth through property and projects. Our desire is for South Australia to have a strong economy and be a great place to live; and we believe property and development projects are key contributors to ensuring this is a reality.
We are delivering some of the state’s largest urban development projects such as the transformation of the former Royal Adelaide Hospital site to Lot Fourteen, a global innovation precinct; Bowden, an inner-city former industrial site that is fast becoming a highly sought-after residential and entertainment precinct; the award-winning Tonsley Innovation District of a former car factory site; the revitalisation of Port Adelaide into a thriving maritime precinct; and the rejuvenation of the historic Adelaide Railway Station.
