About the role
Renewal SA is seeking a proactive and organised Project Coordinator to provide high-quality administrative, coordination, and stakeholder support and management of minor projects across a range of urban development projects --most notably the Playford Alive project, a major renewal initiative in Adelaide's northern suburbs.
In this role, you'll help project teams operate efficiently by coordinating project documentation, managing systems and databases, undertaking the management and procurement of minor works and services contracts, reporting, risk management activities and providing a high level of customer service.
This is an exciting opportunity to support high-profile residential projects that are making a real difference to the lives of South Australians.
Key responsibilities:
- Procure, manage, and deliver minor works or service contracts within scope, time, and budget
- Coordinate project information and reporting for a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Track and forecast contract expenditure to support budgeting and future procurement planning
- Maintain accurate project data in systems and databases to support effective decision-making
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to risk management and process improvements
About you

You will bring:
- Demonstrated experience in project or executive support, ideally within a project-based environment.
- Strong administrative and coordination skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
- Proactive and collaborative, with excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams; experience with Salesforce, Adobe Pro, and Objective is desirable.
