As the government’s urban development agency, Renewal SA is working towards improving the lives of South Australians now and into the future by leading, supporting, and driving investment and growth through property and projects. Our desire is for South Australia to have a strong economy and be a great place to live and work; and we believe property and development projects are key contributors to ensuring this is a reality.
We are delivering some of the State’s largest urban development projects such as Bowden – an inner-city former industrial site that is fast becoming a highly sought-after residential and entertainment precinct, our master-planned mixed density residential development at Lightsview, the multi-award-winning Tonsley Innovation District, and the ongoing revitalisation of Port Adelaide.
At Lot Fourteen, we are supporting a whole-of-government approach led by the Premier – partnering with private sector organisations to deliver a mix of significant new developments and uses, and driving investment and jobs in South Australia.
Alongside our key partners, we are redeveloping the Festival Plaza and Adelaide Railway Station on Adelaide’s face to the world – our Riverbank area – by improving public realm, retail offerings and the amenity that will encourage more people to visit and spend time here.
Our people are committed to ensuring Renewal SA is a high-performing organisation with a passion for achieving results, being responsive to government and respected by industry. Employees exemplify ethical behaviour and professional integrity and are collaborative across the public sector and industry.
We are proud to share this video of some of our valued employees speaking about the reasons they come to work every day.
