Project Officer, City Projects
We have an exciting career opportunity for a Project Officer to join our City Projects team.
Reporting to the Manager, City Projects, you will support the delivery of a number of city shaping projects through providing support in technical, reporting, research and administration.
You will have the opportunity to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders, and to build skills and experience in project development and delivery.
Who we are looking for
Everyone at Renewal SA has a role to play in delivering our organisational priorities. By mobilising our collective passion for South Australia and property, and by utilising our diverse skills sets, we will deliver nation-leading property and development outcomes for our State.
This will be an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with some experience in a project environment. Qualifications in business, urban planning or similar will be well suited to this role, however if you have qualifications in another discipline and a strong interest in property and project delivery we would like to hear from you.
In addition to formal qualifications, the ability to undertake research, analyse and synthesise information will be critical to success. Strong communication skills, and a desire to learn and grow professionally are also critical.
Renewal SA is an equal opportunity employer and applications from First Nations, people with disability and people of all gender identities are encouraged.
Renewal SA exists to improve the lives of South Australians now and into the future by leading, supporting and driving investment and growth through property and projects. Our desire is for South Australia to have a strong economy and be a great place to live; and we believe property and development projects are key contributors to ensuring this is a reality.
We are delivering some of the state’s largest urban development projects such as the transformation of the former Royal Adelaide Hospital site to Lot Fourteen, a global innovation precinct; Bowden, an inner-city former industrial site that is fast becoming a highly sought-after residential and entertainment precinct; the award-winning Tonsley Innovation District of a former car factory site; the revitalisation of Port Adelaide into a thriving maritime precinct; and the rejuvenation of the historic Adelaide Railway Station.
