Project Manager, Fit Out and Construction, Lot Fourteen
We have a newly created career opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Fit Out and Construction team.
Reporting to the Development Manager, you will have responsibility for the end to end project management of the design and delivery of heritage refurbishment, as well as commercial tenancy fit out works for the Lot Fourteen precinct.
You will work across the entire project management lifecycle, from evaluating the construction tender phase, appointing contractors, establishing the site and managing the delivery phase.
This role will see you liaise with the tenants, design teams, cost planner and other internal stakeholders, maintaining a strong focus on delivering to tenants’ specific requirements at all times.
Who we are looking for
This role will present a great opportunity and challenge to experienced project managers, in a growing and high profile environment. As such, we will need you to have experience in managing projects from end to end, including procuring, managing and delivering refurbishment and commercial tenancy fit out works.
Working with a large and diverse range of tenants means that you will need strong communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to schedule, remain organised and on budget.
We ask that your skills are supported by tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Architecture or Project Management. You will also have significant experience in managing commercial fit out projects.
Finally, and importantly, we will need you to bring a strong desire to be creative and innovative. Lot Fourteen exists because we need to do some things differently, we want you to challenge to help us create the best outcomes for our tenants, the precinct and for South Australia.
