Renewal SA, in collaboration with the Department for Infrastructure and Transport - Government Employee Housing (GEH), invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from developers to construct up to 10 dwellings for government workers in Port Pirie, as part of an exciting new housing initiative.
With the security of a 10-year lease agreement from the South Australian Government, this opportunity offers a unique chance to contribute to the growth of vital services in Port Pirie, including health, education, and law enforcement. This development is also an attractive long-term investment opportunity for the successful developer.
To further support development in the region, Renewal SA is offering up to $1 million in capital contributions for infrastructure works, should the developer (or developers) choose to create additional serviced allotments as part of the project.
