About the project
Up to 1,000 homes will be delivered through a partnership between award winning South Australian developer Lanser and Renewal SA at the newly named suburb of Onkaparinga Heights in Adelaide’s southern suburbs.
The 67.6-hectare site sits between Main South Road and Piggott Range Road and has been designated a master-planned neighbourhood zone. It previously formed the southern end of the suburb of Hackham.
The development will offer a mix of housing types, including homes on larger allotments of more than 500 square metres, along with a potential aged care facility.
Lanser was selected following a Request for Proposal process launched last year.
The company has delivered developments including Aston Hills and Clover Wood in the Adelaide Hills, and Virginia Grove and Miravale in the northern suburbs.
Since 1999, Lanser has delivered 29 communities in South Australia, bringing more than 4500 allotments to market.
The Lanser development at Onkaparinga Heights is expected to accommodate up to 1,000 homes, with a further, with a further 1,000 homes to be developed on adjacent land by a private developer.
