The Renewal SA graduate program builds on the existing talents of candidates and aims to facilitate a positive and professional graduate experience in a supportive work environment.

Our graduate program runs over a two-year period and requires candidates to participate in an accelerated learning program of professional and personal development that exposes candidates to a range of experiences.

Successful graduates will gain an understanding of our business and our values, enhance their decision-making skills, and increase their ability to negotiate and manage work partnerships. In addition to developing candidates’ career specific skills, our program focuses on increasing self-awareness and developing an understanding of teamwork.

Applications are invited from enthusiastic individuals who have completed a university degree in the last five years, with high level grades in one or more of project management, environment, property, urban and regional planning, finance, information technology, marketing, communications, community engagement or human resources.
