Copper Coast - Expression of Interest

Renewal SA, in collaboration with the Department for Infrastructure and Transport - Government Employee Housing (GEH), invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from developers to construct a minimum of five and a maximum of 10 rental houses for essential government workers in the Copper Coast, as part of an exciting new housing initiative.

With the security of a 10-year lease agreement from the South Australian Government, this opportunity offers a unique chance to contribute to the growth of vital services in the Copper Coast, including health, education and law enforcement. This development is also an attractive long-term investment opportunity for the successful developer.

To further support development in the region, Renewal SA is offering up to $1 million in capital contributions for infrastructure works, should the developer (or developers) choose to create additional serviced allotments as part of the project.
