About the role
Renewal SA is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented and safety conscious Site Manager to support the successful delivery of the Lot Fourteen Innovation Centre as well as have input into the broader district operation at Lot Fourteen. You’ll monitor and assist Head Contractors on site, ensuring effective management of delivery, scope, programme, quality, safety, and compliance. You will also provide input into the operations of the wider district ensuring compliance with the existing permit, safety and reporting processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee contractor activities and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Monitor site progress and maintain accurate project records.
- Identify and address site management issues, escalating risks as needed.
- Participate in project meetings and provide expert input.
- Drive process improvements and recommend best practices.
- Coordinate site activities to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Assist the district operations through contractor permit management.
- Prepare and document safety reports.
- Review safety information and conduct inspections for operations across Lot Fourteen.
About you
You’re a confident communicator and construction professional who balances compliance with practical site management. You work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver strong project outcomes.
You will bring:
- Extensive experience overseeing civil and construction activities, with sound knowledge of WHS legislation and standards.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and written communication skills.
- A current driver’s licence and National Police Clearance (required).
