About the Role
As a Senior Transactions and Development Manager, you will manage and oversee the end-to-end process of property and development transactions, ensuring alignment with Renewal SA’s strategic objectives. Leading a multi-disciplinary team, you will execute transactions from asset strategy creation to successful negotiations, delivering strong commercial and project outcomes.
- Lead and manage multiple property and development transactions from initiation to completion, ensuring financial, strategic, and operational targets are met.
- Oversee complex transaction elements, including due diligence, asset and planning strategies, market approach documentation, legal frameworks, and risk management.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and negotiations, collaborating with executives, government agencies, and external partners to secure market-leading development outcomes.
- Provide expert strategic advice and analysis to senior management, the Executive, and the Board, ensuring transactions align with economic and market conditions.
- Develop, manage, and report on budgets, ensuring transactions are delivered within financial constraints and commercial targets are achieved.
About you
We’re seeking a highly skilled and commercially minded professional with a strong background in property and development transactions and projects. You’ll have exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a strategic approach to property and development opportunities.
- Extensive experience in property and development transactions, including high-value and complex deals.
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in managing financial and delivery risk.
- Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and drive high-performance cultures.
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working across government and private sector partners.
- Tertiary qualifications in property, project management, business, commerce, or a related field (desirable).
