This role offers a unique opportunity in property development on a significant regeneration project in South Australia.
Key responsibilities:

- Work closely with builders, partners, and contractors to ensure safe, streamlined construction with minimal community disruption.
- Enforce quality management by conducting inspections and mitigating risks.
- Liaise with Council and service authorities for effective infrastructure handover.
- Oversee procurement, engaging consultants and contractors to meet Renewal SA's objectives.
- Develop and monitor robust project management plans, milestones, risks, and resources.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships through open communication.
- You must have strong written and verbal communication, collaborative skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
About the project
Renewal SA is redeveloping the former West End Brewery site, now Southwark Grounds, into a mixed-use community just 2km from the Adelaide CBD. The project includes a diverse range of housing, employment and new landscape spaces for the community, including a major upgrade to the Karrawirra Parri/River Torrens.
Master Planning is complete, and the project was launched to delivery partners in April 2025, involving a number of boutique apartment and townhouse sites and a major 1000+ residential outcome master precinct opportunity. Negotiations are currently underway with future development partners.
Across 2026, the project has significant delivery ambitions with major civil and landscape works to commence along with supporting development partners to achieve contract milestones as the project moves into delivery.
To support the existing Major Projects team, a range of roles are available at Southwark Grounds across project delivery, development management and project coordination.
