About the role

Renewal SA is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Industrial & Commercial Sales Team within the Sales and Marketing Sector in driving key sales initiatives and outcomes.

In this key role, you’ll provide administrative, research, and coordination support to ensure our sales processes run smoothly, contracts and agreements meet Renewal SA standards, and strategic objectives are achieved. You’ll also play an important role in gathering insights, coordinating stakeholder engagement, and contributing to the delivery of Industrial and Commercial sales targets that support Renewal SA’s broader initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review and organise sales documentation, contracts and agreements to maintain alignment with Renewal SA standards.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, supporting the development of sales strategies.
  • Collaborate across teams to gather project information and meet data requirements, while managing day-to-day administrative tasks to support efficient sales processes.
  • Strengthen external relationships with industry bodies and stakeholders to enhance collaboration and deliver strong sales outcomes.

About you

You’re an organised and motivated professional with strong communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing multiple priorities. You are confident working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and are committed to supporting Renewal SA’s strategic objectives through effective sales coordination.

You will bring:

  • Experience in sales, administration, or marketing roles, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement, streamline workflows, and support the team in achieving sales targets efficiently.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience) will be highly regarded, with a sales licence considered desirable but not essential.
