About the role

Renewal SA is seeking a detail-focused and highly diligent Sales Contracts Administrator to ensure the accurate and efficient management of sales contracts across our residential projects. Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all contract documentation is precise, compliant, and progressed seamlessly from execution to settlement, supporting both project integrity and customer experience.

In this role, you will operate with a high level of autonomy and integrity, working closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate contract administration and contribute to ongoing improvements in our processes and systems.

Key responsibilities:

  • Administer sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance from execution to settlement.
  • Prepare and review contract documentation, aligned with Renewal SA requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth and efficient contract processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting for project tracking.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with legislation and Renewal SA policies.

About you

You’re highly organised, excel in structured work and maintain high standards even when busy. You handle detailed tasks confidently, follow processes precisely and contribute to improving them, all while keeping stakeholders informed.

You will bring:

  • Experience in contract administration within construction or related fields.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Preferred experience with CRM systems or Salesforce.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (desirable but not essential).
