About the roles

This exciting role will support the sales and contract management across our residential projects such as Prospect, Seaton, Noarlunga and Playford Alive. The role will work closely with the project delivery team in supporting the delivery of residential land and products to the market. Reporting to the Residential Sales Lead this role will work in a fast paced and collaborative environment.

The role will be responsible for developing and implementing strong contract management processes and systems to ensure a seamless process from release to sale and through to settlement. The Residential Sales Manager will be essential in ensuring a high-level customer experience and level of communication to purchasers as well as internal stakeholders.

The role will work closely with the appointed sales agents across each project and support achieving the project sales targets and budget. The role will utilise data and regular reporting to inform actionable insights and mitigate risks.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Manage and evaluate end to end performance of project sales agencies against agreed targets and objectives.
  • Achieve monthly and overall sales budgets to ensure delivery of Renewal SA’s strategic plan and the State Government’s residential housing commitments.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management and other stakeholders as required.
  • Monitor and analyse sales team feedback, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities, inform land releases and product design and develop strategies to capitalise on opportunities.

A collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement and management as well as strong management of external contractors and internal resources to ensure successful management of sales contracts and settlements is essential.

A strong attention to detail is essential to be successful in the role and an understanding of residential sales contracts/process desirable.
