About the role
Renewal SA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our property portfolio.
In this important role, you will manage leasing, financial and stakeholder services, conduct regular site inspections, and work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve interface issues effectively and efficiently. You will also play a key role in ensuring property assets are managed to commercial standards, risks are mitigated, and strategic decisions are informed by accurate financial and operational analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and deliver a range of property, leasing, financial, and stakeholder management services, including lease negotiations, tenure agreements, cost recovery, and rent reviews.
- Manage and oversee claims and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of assets, reporting findings and ensuring appropriate actions are taken.
- Negotiate rental levels including incentives under senior guidance to ensure alignment with valuation guidelines.
- Verify, process, and compile financial information from tenants and contractors to ensure compliance with agreements.
About you
You are an organised and proactive property professional with strong commercial acumen, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and builds positive relationships with stakeholders.
You will bring:
- Experience in property management, leasing, or asset management in a commercial or government setting.
- Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and report on data.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in compliance, inspections, and reporting processes.
A tertiary qualification in property or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
