About the role
Renewal SA is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager for a 12-month backfill role, supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of projects at Lot Fourteen. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to achieve project outcomes within scope, budget, and timelines, while ensuring compliance and quality standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist senior staff in the delivery of several key projects currently underway at Lot Fourteen
- Assist the coordination and delivery of nominated projects at Lot Fourteen to achieve project goals and performance measures.
- Develop strategies, budgets, and business plans aligned with organisational objectives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing strategies to improve risk management.
- Monitor project progress, reporting on key milestones and deliverables.
- Conduct quality assurance and ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Foster collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
About you
You’re a confident communicator and project management professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and works well with diverse stakeholders.
You will bring:
- Experience in project management, construction management, or related fields.
- Tertiary qualifications in project management, construction, engineering, architecture, or similar.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes within tight timeframes.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and written communication skills.
- A current driver’s licence and National Police Clearance (required).
