As a Project Coordinator in Renewal SA’s Residential team, you’ll help deliver some of South Australia’s largest master planned communities — places like Playford Alive, Aldinga and Seaford Meadows. These projects focus on creating diverse, affordable and well-connected neighbourhoods that provide homes and opportunities for thousands of South Australians.
As a Project Coordinators at Renewal SA, you will provide critical support to our project teams by coordinating project documentation, assisting with procurement and delivery processes, maintaining accurate reporting and information systems, and supporting stakeholder engagement and governance activities. - Prepare reports, monitor progress and contribute to the implementation of project frameworks and risk management.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support project success.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance project coordination and efficiency.
About you
You’re a detail-oriented and proactive professional who enjoys working in dynamic project environments, values collaboration, and is motivated to contribute to positive community outcomes.
You will bring:
- Experience in project coordination, administration or business support within development, construction or related fields.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A qualification in project management, business support or administration will be highly regarded.
