Renewal SA is looking for someone to support the delivery and coordination of procurement and contract services for a 12-month role, while also providing training, guidance, and advice on procurement policies, processes, and best practices across the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for procurement activities and deliver accurate reports.
• Coordinate vendor selection, contract negotiations, and supplier management to ensure timely, cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
• Facilitate and deliver training on procurement practices, policies, and procedures to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in procurement processes and strategies.

We’re looking for a strategic thinker and proactive leader who can build strong internal partnerships, influence cultural change, and deliver high-quality information governance.

You will bring:

• Demonstrated experience in leading information or records management strategy in a government or complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of records management legislation, including the State Records Act and related frameworks.
• Experience in developing policies, frameworks, and information governance tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
• A collaborative leadership style and commitment to building capability and compliance.
