About the role

Renewal SA is seeking a driven and strategic part‑time (0.6 FTE) Marketing Manager to design, deliver and evaluate marketing strategies, initiatives and campaigns that strengthen Renewal SA’s brand and support project and organisational growth objectives. Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll guide marketing activity, manage complex projects and ensure alignment with government protocols and Renewal SA’s marketing standards.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance to stakeholders and ensure compliance with marketing policies.
  • Develop strategic marketing plans, proposals and reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Manage complex marketing projects across advertising, media, social and digital channels.
  • Research marketing inquiries and opportunities, producing data‑driven briefs and tenders.
  • Identify and manage marketing risks, supporting issue and crisis communication planning.
  • Support sourcing and negotiation of branding and sponsorship arrangements.

About you

You’re a confident communicator and experienced marketing professional who balances creativity with compliance and collaborates effectively to deliver strong outcomes.

You will bring:

  • Experience in marketing, communications or related project-based roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in developing marketing plans, briefs and managing complex projects.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or related fields (desirable).
