Working closely with our communications, marketing, sales and project teams, the Marketing Manager is responsible for delivering marketing strategies to elevate the Renewal SA brand and initiatives.

We are seeking someone who will be proactive in identifying complex marketing challenges and opportunities across our corporate brand and leveraging their experience to provide strategic outcomes across the whole of Renewal SA.

Renewal SA plays a critical role in the delivery of residential projects, industrial land, regional housing and innovation districts which we are looking to elevate in our corporate brand and communications.

We are looking for more than just a marketing specialist, we are searching for a storyteller, someone who can bring our brand and initiatives to life and showcase the essential work we do for the South Australian community.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Planning and delivering corporate-wide strategic marketing initiatives and setting and achieving Renewal SA brand objectives and targets
• Implementing corporate marketing and communication tools including brochures, advertising, newsletters, videos, case studies, and events
• Developing content for Renewal SA's corporate social media and website including planning, posting, monitoring, and evaluating performance in partnership with support from our social media advisor.

The successful candidate will have a proven high-level of communication and interpersonal skills and will be able to build collaborative working relationships, liaise effectively across divisions, and work flexibly within a team.
