About the role

Renewal SA is seeking a motivated and technically skilled ICT Support Analyst to provide vital application and support services that enable the delivery of South Australia's property and housing agenda.

Renewal SA is undertaking a Digital Transformation Program, focusing on deploying cloud-based Finance and Data Warehouse solutions. We seek an individual with experience in the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly with Microsoft Business Central, Power Apps, or MS Power BI, and relevant experience in Finance systems configuration and support.

This is a rare opportunity to get in on the ground floor to work with the project team and business stakeholders on our finance and data warehouse deployment, from design, through to deployment, and post go live support.

In this key role, you'll be responsible for managing, customising, and maintaining ICT applications, ensuring staff are supported with timely solutions, and contributing to data integrity, security, and system improvement. Your work will directly impact Renewal SA's ability to operate effectively and deliver on strategic outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support users and resolve application issues across Renewal SA
  • Administer and maintain business-critical ICT applications and environments
  • Customise workflows, reports, and integrations to improve usability and performance
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure applications support business goals
  • Promote best practices in application use, data integrity, and reporting

About you

You're a technically minded and solutions-focused professional who enjoys solving complex problems, supporting end users, collaborating with project and improving digital applications.

You will bring:

  • Experience in application administration and support, especially Microsoft-based platforms.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot effectively
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication skills and some experience with financial applications and reporting
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience
