About the role
Renewal SA is seeking a proactive and highly organised Executive Officer for a 12-month maternity leave backfill opportunity. In this pivotal role, you will provide high-quality, confidential executive support to the Executive Director, enabling the advancement of organisational initiatives and ensuring obligations to stakeholders are met.
You’ll manage diary and administrative support, coordinate divisional meetings, act as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders, and ensure the smooth flow of information and communication across the division.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide confidential diary management and executive support to the Executive Director.
- Prioritise deadlines and ensure high service standards are met.
- Coordinate divisional meetings and deliver secretarial support.
- Act as a liaison, managing communications with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain information management systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Support business processes, simple contract administration, and ad hoc tasks as needed.
About you
You are a discreet, detail-oriented professional with experience supporting executives or senior management. You thrive in fast-paced environments, can juggle competing priorities, and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
You will bring:
- Experience in a similar role, supporting an Executive or senior management.
- Qualifications in administration, business management, or business support (desirable).
- Knowledge of state government operations and contemporary administrative practices (desirable).
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity in all tasks.
