About the role
Renewal SA is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Digital Platforms Administrator to provide vital application and support services that enable the delivery of South Australia's property and housing agenda.
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing, customising, and maintaining ICT systems, ensuring staff are supported with timely solutions, and contributing to data integrity, security, and system improvement. Your work will directly impact Renewal SA's ability to operate effectively and deliver on strategic outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Administer, maintain, and continuously improve business-critical cloud-based ICT applications and environments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise application inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions to Renewal SA staff.
- Customise workflows, reports, and integrations to improve usability and performance.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure applications support business goals.
- Promote best practices in application use, data integrity, and reporting.
About you
You're a technically minded and solutions-focused professional who enjoys solving complex problems, supporting end users, collaborating with project and improving digital systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude and the ability to collaborate with project teams to align technology with business outcomes.
You will bring:
- Salesforce, Riskonnect, Business Central or equivalent enterprise application experience.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot effectively.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
