Are you a contract specialist with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering commercial success? Renewal SA is seeking a Contracts Manager to provide expert contractual advice and support across procurement, contract administration, and commercial management.

In this role, you will work closely with procurement teams, project managers, and key stakeholders to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and drive best practices in contract management.

  • Provide expert contractual advice on procurement contracts, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and maintain a library of commercially acceptable contract qualifications to support procurement and tender evaluations.
  • Review and update contract specifications and schedules for tender submissions.
  • Oversee contract administration reviews and audits across multiple registers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Act as a bridge between procurement and operational teams, facilitating knowledge sharing and collaboration.

About you

We're seeking a skilled professional with experience in contract management, procurement, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

  • Proven experience in contract management, procurement, or commercial advisory.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and drive results.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Tertiary qualifications in law, procurement, or a related discipline (desirable).
