About the role
Renewal SA is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Service Coordinator to be the primary liaison for purchasers across our residential projects.
In this key role, you’ll deliver clear and timely communication from contract execution through to settlement and handover, ensuring a seamless and positive purchaser experience. You will also play a vital role in coordinating site visits, inspections, and purchaser engagement activities while maintaining accurate records and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align messaging across project milestones.
- Provide purchasers with regular progress updates via multiple channels.
- Facilitate and coordinate purchaser site visits, milestone inspections and handovers.
- Maintain purchaser records and correspondence in CRM systems with accuracy.
- Respond to purchaser enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Gather purchaser feedback and support improvements to processes and experience.
- Assist in preparing reports on purchaser satisfaction and communication effectiveness.

- Experience in customer service, client liaison, project coordination or purchaser relations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Confidence in managing records and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
