Who we are looking for

Enhance Training in association with the Department of State Development’s WorkReady initiative is looking for motivated and committed people living in and around the northern suburbs who are interested in a career as a Disability Support Worker.

Participants must hold a current driver's licence and have access to a vehicle for the duration of the program.

What you can achieve

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33015)
  • Provide an emergency response in an Education and Care setting (HLTAID004)
  • Conduct manual handling tasks safely (HLTWHS005)
  • Guaranteed work placements for those who meet the selection criteria.
  • Employment opportunities with Lighthouse Disability for suitable program graduates.

If selected by Enhance Training, you will be required to attend the Information and Selection session with Lighthouse Disability.

When: Tuesday 24 April 2018, 10.00 am for up to three hours.

Where: Playford Uniting Church, corner of Curtis Road and Douglas Drive, Munno Para.

Program details

Participants will only be selected for the program after attending the Information and Selection session.

When

Runs 9.00 am–5.00 pm, Monday to Wednesday, for 20 weeks from Monday, 30 April 2018.

Where

Training is held at Munno Para.

Cost

$150 student co-contribution fee.
