The first residential development opportunity within Port Adelaide’s historic waterfront precinct will be released to developers and builders by Renewal SA.

Located in Port Adelaide’s State Heritage precinct, 6 – 10 McLaren Parade presents a significant and unique development opportunity that is just metres away from the waterfront.

Lead developer will be selected through expressions of interest to contract, subdivide and develop this key site at the heart of the strategic McLaren Wharf Precinct.

The McLaren Wharf Precinct incorporates some of the Port’s most iconic places; the famous Black Diamond Square, Port Adelaide Lighthouse, Lipson St, Fisherman’s Wharf markets and Customs House.

Developers will be expected to take advantage of the area’s existing character and strong sense of history, with designs fitting with the Port Adelaide State Heritage Policy and the Port Adelaide Precinct Plan.

More information about the policy and plan can be found online at www.ourport.com.au
