Land at Edinburgh Parks - Purling Avenue

A significant strategic employment landholding in Adelaide's north is set to hit the market, with Renewal SA releasing a 3.1-hectare site at Edinburgh Parks through a competitive Expression of Interest (EOI) process.

Located at 80-84 Purling Avenue Edinburgh, the allotment is positioned within Adelaide’s tightly held northern corridor, at one of South Australia’s premier industrial, logistics and employment hubs.

The flat, unconstrained site offers a strategic opportunity to support industrial growth, investment attraction, advanced manufacturing and employment generation within one of South Australia's most established employment precincts.

It has the potential to accommodate up to 15,000 square metres of development, providing significant flexibility for future development.

The site forms part of Renewal SA’s ongoing commitment to bringing strategic employment land to market and supporting investment in South Australia's industrial sector.

Jeffrey Bugeja, Renewal SA’s Head of Industrial said the release reflected strong demand for employment land in Adelaide's north and the agency's role in ensuring businesses have access to strategic employment land opportunities.

"This site offers scale, flexibility and a highly sought-after location, creating opportunities for investment, employment and long-term economic growth," Mr Bugeja said.

The release forms part of a broader program by Renewal SA to unlock employment land opportunities and respond to market demand.

"Renewal SA plays an important role in bringing strategically located employment land to market, providing certainty for industry while supporting economic growth, investment, business expansion and job creation across South Australia,” Mr Bugeja said.

The EOI process will be led by JLL on behalf of Renewal SA, with interested parties able to access detailed due diligence information and submit proposals through a transparent and competitive process.

Expressions of Interest open at 6am Tuesday 3 November 2026 and close on Monday 7 December 2026 at 2pm ACST.

The site is located within the Strategic Employment Zone, which supports a diverse range of employment-generating uses including advanced manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, technology industries, research and development, and training facilities.
