Renewal SA has agreed to sell the 19 hectare site, one of the largest parcels of land to be released in Adelaide’s eastern suburbs, to Devine, which plans to develop a new community of more than 300 homes.

A vibrant residential neighbourhood for the site

The site in Glen Stuart Road, Woodforde will provide diversity in housing types and densities, including 15 per cent affordable housing. Commercial negotiations and state government approvals are now complete and the site is under contract to Devine, which also plans to keep about one third of the site as open space.

Devine has entered in to a joint venture with Adelaide based Starfish Developments to create a vibrant residential neighbourhood on the site.

Devine must get approval from Adelaide Hills Council to subdivide the land for the new development and when this process is complete will release residential allotments to the market.
