Painted public art wall mural of a woman's face with floral and leafy motifs surrounding her face and neck.

Public art will play an integral role in transforming spaces into places that draw people in and encourage people to interact whilst walking or cycling through the Market to Riverbank link.

The Market to Riverbank public art program will promote economic vitality by creating opportunities for artists and creative thinkers to activate and unveil each unique laneway character in the link.

Expressions of Interest (EOIs) are now open for artists. Artists wishing to submit an EOI must download the EOI document and submission forms from the SA Tenders website. Applications close 21 March 2017.

Emerging artists and artistic collectives have also been invited to submit concepts for a hoarding panel to appear on the Festival Plaza redevelopment site for up to 12 months.

This opportunity requires delivery of a high impact and visually engaging work and will provide the successful artist/collective with valuable exposure through having their work displayed on the Adelaide Riverbank at Elder Park.
