The South Australian Government is seeking a development partner with the experience and vision to deliver and operate the Innovation Centre. The single stage Expression of Interest market process aims to identify an innovative development partner to deliver on the project’s vision and objectives to achieve exemplary outcomes for Lot Fourteen and the state more broadly.

Lot Fourteen is a world-class innovation district bringing together a curated government, research and industry ecosystem focussing on advancing the defence, space, hi-tech and creative industries.

Located amongst the cultural treasures of Adelaide, including Adelaide Botanic Garden, North Terrace cultural boulevard and East End entertainment and shopping district; Lot Fourteen is melding innovation, business and the community through rich visitor experiences.

When development is complete, Lot Fourteen will be home to a highly skilled workforce of over 6,000 people; with approximately 70 per cent of the 7-hectare district to be returned to publicly accessible space, and welcoming more than 700,000 visitors to discover culture, technology, events, public art and open parks and spaces.

With a combined $756 million investment from the South Australia Government and the Australian Government, Lot Fourteen is excited to deliver these projects as part of the 10-year Adelaide City Deal partnership.
