We hold land and other property to support commercial, industrial and residential activity in South Australia. We promote orderly development and growth in employment and the economy by releasing land and managing urban renewal projects.

So that we can facilitate private sector involvement in delivering these outcomes, we manage a range of property sales including:

  • residential development sites
  • surplus government property
  • investment properties.

Properties are offered for sale to the public on the open market through real estate agents, supported by wide advertising campaigns.
