About the role

Renewal SA is seeking a dynamic, passionate and strategic-minded Senior Marketing Manager to drive and support our marketing activities across a broad portfolio of residential projects. You will be instrumental in leading the development and implementation of marketing strategies that support both Renewal SA’s strategic priorities and the objectives of our projects.

This role reports to the Marketing Lead and is responsible for a team of marketing professionals. With strong leadership skills, the successful candidate will require the ability to balance and prioritise multiple stakeholders and deliverables while providing a strong level of enthusiasm and drive to create impactful marketing.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing effective and positive leadership to a team of marketers
  • Preparing and delivering successful marketing strategies across a broad portfolio of projects
  • Ensuring all marketing activity is aligned to corporate and project objectives
  • Identifying, analysing and managing risks associated with the marketing of Renewal SA’s projects
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive strong outcomes
  • Delivering marketing expertise and advice for annual marketing and communications plans and decision-making processes.

This is an opportunity to work on projects of state significance such as Bowden, Playford Alive, Thebarton and Seaton whilst having a positive impact on the marketing outcomes.
