The Residential Sales Lead is a critical role that will support and influence the outcomes of some of the state's largest and most significant projects including – West End Brewery, Tapangka, Noarlunga, Bowden, Playford Alive and Prospect Corner.
The Residential Sales Lead is responsible for leading and managing the development, delivery, and evaluation of residential sales strategies of Renewal SA’s significant residential project portfolio. The role will utilise data-driven insights and innovative solutions to deliver success for the projects.
The role will also manage proactive and effective sales initiatives to ensure project sales targets are met and will be responsible for identifying, analysing and resolving complex sales issues, risks, challenges and opportunities.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Providing positive leadership and direction to the residential sales team and external sales consultants to facilitate the achievement of sales deliverables
- Providing strategic advice to develop and manage sales strategies, including land releases, pricing and residential sales, in collaboration with the relevant project lead
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand Renewal SA’s portfolio
- Monitoring sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
About you
We are seeking a high-energy, motivated and driven sales manager who thrives in a fast-paced rewarding environment while managing a sales team, delivering exceptional customer service while successfully working across multiple large-scale projects at one time.
A collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement and management as well as competent management of external contractors and internal resources to ensure successful management of sales contracts and settlements will also be important attributes in this role.
Previous experience in a similar role or sales experience and holding a sales license is a requirement.
