Key responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the delivery of significant development projects, including the Adelaide Station Environs Redevelopment (ASER) precinct and Festival Plaza.
• Manage procurement processes and development agreements, chair project control meetings, and oversee contractor performance.
• Drive specific projects such as the waterproofing at ASER and monitor the development of the public realm.
• Collaborate with joint ventures and partners to meet contractual obligations and align with strategic objectives.
• Approve and review construction documentation, ensuring compliance and quality standards.

We are seeking a motivated professional ready to take the next step in their career, demonstrating:

• Extensive project management experience, ideally in construction, property, or infrastructure.
• Strong skills in procurement, contract management, and compliance processes.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex negotiations.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to manage risks and deliver outcomes.

• Holds a tertiary qualification in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Planning, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
