About the role
Join Renewal SA as an Asset Manager and play a key role in implementing and managing leases and asset management strategies, plans, and processes for commercial properties, with a particular focus on the strategic management of Lot Fourteen, a key asset within Renewal SA's portfolio. Your efforts will ensure that properties are managed effectively in alignment with annual business plans and program budgets, maximizing the value and performance of the property portfolio.
Key Accountabilities:
- Identify and assess strategic opportunities, with a focus on Lot Fourteen, to provide expert advice and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage, coordinate, and deliver property, leasing and asset management services, ensuring optimal outcomes for Renewal SA.
- Develop and implement asset management plans to enhance the value and performance of Renewal SA's property portfolio.
- Undertake property, leasing and tenant management across various property portfolios, with a focus on maintaining high standards at Lot Fourteen.
- Provide strategic advice and recommendations on asset management and property management issues, to support decision-making.
About you
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders while managing varying interests and priorities.
- Proven experience in managing property, leasing and asset portfolios, with a track record of enhancing asset value and performance.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, particularly in identifying and capitalising on opportunities within a property portfolio.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously while ensuring compliance and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Asset Management or equivalent experience and demonstrated capabilities.
