Prime residential development opportunity in Adelaide’s north
A prime new residential development opportunity is available in Andrews Farm, one of Adelaide’s fastest growing suburbs. A four hectare site is being offered for sale by expression of interest.

The State Government, through Renewal SA, is seeking an experienced residential developer to deliver a high quality residential development located in a recently established area, in close proximity to the exciting Playford Alive development.
Development of the site is estimated to support a number of 40 jobs over a two to four year construction period and stimulate investment of approximately $19.5 million.
Mark Devine, General Manager Project Delivery at Renewal SA said the project would add to the already established area ‘The development opportunity will be a boost for the local community in close proximity to Playford Alive with the range of community services, parks and shops it has to offer’.
The site on President Avenue, Andrews Farm is four hectares and located 33 kilometres north of the Adelaide CBD.
The land comprises an irregular shaped vacant parcel of land with four street frontages to President Avenue, Parkdale Lane, West Parkway and Esperance Drive. The total site area is approximately four hectares.
In the recently developed section of Andrews Farm, the surrounding development comprises recently constructed residential development with vacant land to the south earmarked for future residential development.
Travel times to the city have improved significantly following the completion of the Northern Expressway. The site is currently vacant and has historically been used as the Andrews Farm primary school site.
The successful proponent will be required to prepare a master plan for the site in consultation with Renewal SA and the City of Playford to ensure the residential development provides a high quality public realm that meet the needs of the local community.
