Due to growth and internal career progression, Renewal SA has two exciting career opportunities for a Senior Civil Project Manager and Civil Project Manager to join the Lot Fourteen, Civil and Public Realm team.

Reporting to the Development Director, these business critical roles will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of new infrastructure, civil works and public realm design and delivery for the Lot Fourteen precinct.
This will include procuring, managing and delivering major civil infrastructure works and landscape infrastructure works projects. From developing project briefs through to project control, risk assessments, through to preparing high quality briefings, reports and submissions for client agencies and key stakeholders.
In addition, the Senior Civil Project Manager will be responsible for the safe management and coordination of civil projects across the precinct, and will liaise effectively across multiple contractors and developers. They will initiate and develop strategies and proposals to guide and inform project objectives, and lead multi-disciplinary teams.
Who we are looking for
To be successful in these roles, we will need you to have comprehensive knowledge of delivering new infrastructure and operating within the civil works and public realm environments.
You will also be able to demonstrate a strong commercial background and perspective, where you have identified and delivered strong process and delivery improvements. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential, as is experience in writing high level briefings and reports.
Tertiary qualifications in Engineering/Civil Design and/or Project Management will also be highly advantageous. The Senior Civil Project Manager will also be required to demonstrate proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams.
