Assistant Property Manager (Commercial)
We have hit a crucial point in the development of our Tonsley Innovation District. We are seeking a dedicated and organised Assistant Property Manager to join us on an initial 3-year contract, with the option to extend. The Assistant Property Manager will assist with the leasing, sales and property management of our growing development, working on a diverse property portfolio.
The Assistant Property Manager will work closely with the Commercial Sales and Leasing Manager to ensure that the processes for current and future tenants are managed swiftly, accurately and with a strong focus on creating the best experience possible.
This will include taking responsibility for managing leasing documentation from initial enquiries through to lease proposals, negotiations, coordinating final lease documentation and coordinating tenant movements at the start and end of leases. You will also provide support on sales negotiations and associated documentation.
Who we are looking for
This is a great step for someone with some commercial property or lease management experience who is looking to take on a broader role and be part of a great team.
As a licenced Property Manager, you will have knowledge of the commercial property industry and an understanding of leasing agreements and property law.
Your success in this role will also come from your ability to manage a range of documentation, to stay organised, and have a strong focus on customer service.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a team with a real focus on delivering great outcomes of the Tonsley community and for the state of South Australia.
